Who we are

Axtrize Ltd is a recruitment agency based in London, UK. We specialise in placing full-stack developers with AI integration experience. For any data protection queries, contact us at hello@axtrize.com.

What data we collect

Account data: Email address and name from your GitHub, Google, or email sign-in. Used to create your candidate profile.

Assessment data: Your answers to the adaptive technical questionnaire, including response times and category scores. Used to generate your technical profile.

Profile data: Information you or your agent provides via the API, such as location, current role, portfolio links, salary expectations, and project history.

CV data: Structured CV information submitted via the API, including work experience, education, and skills.

API keys: We store a SHA-256 hash of your API key. The plaintext key is only shown to you at generation time.

How we use your data

We use your data to generate a scored technical profile across six domains (AI Integration, Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Shipping, AI-Adjacent). This profile is used to match you with relevant job opportunities from our client companies.

We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. When we introduce you to a client, we share only the information necessary for the role and with your agreement.

Authentication

We use Supabase Auth for authentication. When you sign in with GitHub or Google, we receive your email address and display name from those providers. We do not receive or store your passwords. Email magic links are sent via Supabase's email infrastructure.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU (London, eu-west-2). API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All connections use TLS 1.2+.

The website is served via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects basic analytics (page views, country). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access your data via the GET /api/assess/profile endpoint
  • Update your data via the PATCH /api/assess/profile endpoint
  • Delete all your data via the DELETE /api/assess/profile endpoint (cascades to all related records)
  • Export your data by requesting it at hello@axtrize.com

Data retention

We retain your data for 24 months from your last activity. After this period, your account is flagged for review and you will be contacted before any data is removed. You can delete your data at any time using the API.
