Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. The platform
Axtrize Ltd ("Axtrize", "we", "us") operates a candidate assessment platform for AI developers. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. The platform is free to use for candidates.
2. Your account
You sign in using GitHub, Google, or email. Each account receives an API key for accessing the assessment API. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure.
You may regenerate your API key at any time from your dashboard. Regenerating deactivates the previous key immediately.
3. The assessment
The adaptive technical assessment evaluates your experience across six domains. It can be completed by you directly via the API, or by an AI agent acting on your behalf with your API key.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, whether submitted by you or your agent. Deliberately falsifying assessment responses may result in account termination.
4. API usage
The API is provided for legitimate use by candidates and their authorised agents. Rate limits apply. Do not share your API key with others or use it for purposes unrelated to your own candidate profile.
We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used abusively or in violation of these terms.
5. Matching and placement
Your assessment results and profile may be used to match you with job opportunities from our client companies. We will always contact you before sharing your details with any client.
Creating a profile and completing the assessment does not guarantee placement. Axtrize does not charge candidates any fees.
6. Data and privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can delete all your data at any time via the API. GDPR rights are fully supported.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, assessment accuracy, or placement outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for candidates is zero.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
